Forward Deployed Engineer

We’re looking for a founding Forward Deployed Engineer to join our founding team and lead the adoption of Finto’s AI-powered automation for some of the world’s largest enterprises. You’ll be the trusted partner guiding finance teams through onboarding, integration, and - most importantly - putting AI directly into their hands so they can radically reduce manual work and unlock new levels of productivity. This is not a typical customer success role - its a technical, customer-facing role. You’ll focus on the time to value including data-set-up, workflow design, and change management. You’ll work closely with our founders to make sure customers embrace AI as a core part of their daily job. We’re headquartered in Munich, with roots in San Francisco through Y Combinator.
