Purpose The Manager, Global Logistics at AbbVie will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end commercial programs and distribution activities for drug products, including cold-chain integrity, 3PL management, and regulatory compliance.

This role will also support logistics needs for clinical programs at Abbvie and will be responsible for ensuring transfer of GMP and non-GMP materials throughout entire AbbVie global supply chain. This individual will work closely with CMC leaders, Supply chain, Quality, and other relevant functions, as appropriate to ensure timely and accurate distribution of materials needed to support external network operations.

This role drives strategic transportation planning to optimize costs and service levels while ensuring uninterrupted product flow to customers, partners, and distributors. The manager will lead a team of 1-3 Transportation Analysts, focusing on performance management, continuous improvement, and the application of data analytics to transportation strategies. The incumbent will manage several small to medium size projects concurrently or become the lead project manager for one to two large scale projects.
