To strengthen our Private Brands, we are looking for a Professional Supply Chain Planning for hybrid work in Kazakhstan.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and set target inventory levels to maintain optimal inventory availability.

  • Collaborate with analyst and development teams to improve replenishment model algorithms.

  • Collaborate with the logistics team to eliminate deviations and reduce lost profits.

  • Verify the correctness of master-date and algorithmically calculated values, generate normative values and deviation limits.

  • Participate in operational planning of departmental and cross-functional team activities.

Requirements:  

  • Good knowledge of inventory management and supply chain planning methods and their applicability limits: min-max, safety stock, stock buffer, demand driven, and others.

  • Experience in inventory management average pool SKUs (2.000+).

  • Ability to investigate the deviations in the work processes in their area of responsibility, resolve disputes independently or escalate them to the manager.

  • Knowledge of the basics Lean, TOC, 6 Sigma.

  • Proficient Excel user: LookUp, Pivot tables, Power Query.

  • Language skills: Russian = fluent, English = B1+ (Intermediate and higher, primarily reading & writing skills with the help of online translators).

  • Completed higher education, preferably majoring in mathematics, economics or logistics.
