Bilingual Customer Support Agent – Greece
Remote in Greece / Relocation to Athens
Salary: €1,045–1,500 (depending on language) - paid x14 (instead of the typical x12 per calendar year)
Start: March / April / May

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve account, service, and general support queries
Deliver professional & empathetic support
Meet quality, productivity, compliance standards

Requirements:

Danish, German, Portuguese, or Dutch C2
English B2+
Customer service experience advantageous
Willingness to relocate to Athens

Documentation Requirements:

EU citizenship
Full-purpose or specific-purpose work permit
Certificate of Protection (for refugees)
