We are seeking a highly motivated financial accountant for a 9 months assignment to join our dynamic finance team in Rotork, Chile. This role will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and the effectiveness of our internal control environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical accounting skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Controls: Maintain and improve the internal control procedures Document procedures to ensure those are reflected into manual processes and new ERP D365 Collaborate with various departments to remediate control deficiencies. Accounts Receivable: Manage the collections process, including following up with the client a weekly receivables report Monitor customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving discrepancies. Generate aging reports and analyze outstanding receivables. General Accounting: Support quarterly, month-end and year-end closing processes. Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations. Assist with the preparation of financial data to provide insightful reports to management. Ensure compliance with Chilean accounting standards and regulations. Other: Support the Financial Controller with ad-hoc projects and analysis.
