Affiliate Manager

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF
Monitoring affiliate performance, analyzing data, and providing reports on key metrics such as generated traffic, conversions, and revenue;
Providing advice and support to affiliates, answering their questions, offering recommendations, and resolving any issues;
Staying updated on the latest trends in the affiliate sector and proposing new ideas and initiatives to improve the company’s affiliate activities;
Identifying growth opportunities and collaboration with key affiliates to maximize results.
WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH
Proven experience of at least 3 years in the fields of affiliation, advertising, marketing, sales, or similar;
Practical knowledge of at least one of major online traffic sources: Meta, Google, and TikTok ads;
In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing and customer acquisition strategies;
Data analysis skills and proficiency in using performance monitoring and analysis tools;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
Results-oriented with a focus on maximizing affiliate revenue;
Ability to manage complex projects and work independently;
Knowledge of trends and best practices in the affiliate sector;
Familiarity with major affiliate networks and their platforms;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Possession of an active VAT number.
