Short Role Summary

We are seeking a Technology & Regulation Lawyer to join our Legal Department. This role will take ownership of international commercial agreements across foreign entities and support the company’s expansion into new and regulated markets. The position requires independent execution, strong English communication skills, and the ability to operate accurately and efficiently in a high-paced global environment with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

International Commercial & Technology Agreements

Draft, review, and negotiate international commercial and software agreements, including SaaS and software license agreements
Manage contracts with customers, vendors, distributors, and strategic partners across foreign entities
Independently lead negotiation processes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Regulatory & Compliance Activities

Direct and coordinate legal, regulatory, and compliance activities, including department deliverables
Gather and analyze regulatory and compliance statutes, decisions, legal articles, codes, and related documentation
Conduct compliance protocols, including KYC and AML procedures

Legal Research & Analysis

Conduct legal research
Analyze and input legal data to support business decisions

Departmental Support & Operational Oversight

Prepare, draft, and review legal documentation
Monitor and track departmental tasks and control dashboards
Manage time-sensitive documents in a fast-paced environment
Review and draft internal or external legal articles

Required Skills & Qualifications

Law degree (LL. B, J.D., or equivalent) & Certified lawyer admitted to at least one official Bar
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a practicing commercial lawyer
Mandatory: Proven experience in technology-related legal work, including knowledge of technological laws and regulations
Experience negotiating and finalizing SaaS and software license agreements
Experience working in a cross-functional global organization
Strong legal English (written and spoken) — high-level verbal and written expression required
Ability to operate independently in a remote environment
Ability to manage multiple parallel legal matters in a fast-paced setting
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
