Description
We are seeking a Japanese-speaking Associate Customer Support professional to join our global online shopping platform. You will assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This role involves handling calls, emails, and live chat, and requires clear communication and problem-solving skills. Candidates must be comfortable working on-site in Cyberjaya and handling rotational shifts.
JLPT N1 certified or native Japanese speaker
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
Open to Malaysians & expatriates willing to relocate
Customer support experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome
- Salary: RM8,000 – RM9,000 + RM500 transport allowance + shift allowance
