Ambassadors Team:
We’re looking for a hands-on operations leader to own and run our national on-field Ambassador operation.
This is about execution, discipline, and performance at scale.
Challenges that await you:
- Own the end-to-end execution of the Ambassador operation nationwide
- Ensure compliance with KPIs: deliveries, punctuality, cancellations, field quality, and operational pilots
- Ensure high-quality, compliant execution in the field, as Ambassadors are the face of the company
- Lead Regional Heads and drive strong execution discipline across all regions
- Execute new operational models defined by Product (e.g. new flows, KYC steps, cross-sell initiatives) and ensure real adoption in the field
- Detect and act on bad practices, fraud risks, and operational deviations, with full ownership of prevention and resolution
- Identify performance gaps by city, region, or team and implement immediate corrective actions
- Ensure consistency in execution, regardless of geography or scale
- Build and reinforce clear operational standards, communications, and accountability mechanisms
- Work closely with Product and Analytics to close the gap between design and real-world execution
- Scale the operation while maintaining control, quality, and performance

- 3+ years leading field operations or distributed workforce models
- You have led field operations at scale (not just logistics or support teams)
- You are execution-driven and comfortable being close to the day-to-day operation
- You are metrics-driven and know how to translate numbers into action
- You have experience leading leaders (Regional Heads, Supervisors) and holding them accountable
- You can operate in a fast-changing environment where processes evolve constantly
- You lead through discipline, ownership, and follow-through
- Experience managing large frontline teams across multiple cities or regions
- Proven track record of owning and improving operational KPIs (e.g. completion, productivity, quality, adherence)
- Experience scaling operations from early-stage to structured environments
- Experience managing customer-facing teams in the field
- Experience identifying and controlling bad practices, fraud, or process deviations
- Experience executing product-driven operational changes
