Job Title: Scrum Master
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support and drive effective delivery across up to three agile teams. This role requires a strong practitioner who is comfortable working across different agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and who brings a pragmatic, delivery oriented mindset. The successful candidate will be an excellent facilitator, able to run highquality ceremonies, remove impediments, and help teams continuously improve how they work.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master for up to three agile teams, adapting approach based on team maturity, context, and delivery needs
Plan, facilitate, and continuously improve core agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
Apply and tailor agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to support effective flow, predictability, and delivery outcomes
Act as a strong facilitator, ensuring meetings are purposeful, inclusive, and outcomedriven
Partner closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and delivery stakeholders to support prioritisation, dependency management, and delivery planning
Identify, track, and actively help remove impediments that impact team delivery
Promote transparency through effective use of agile metrics (e.g. flow, throughput, predictability) and visualisation
Coach teams on agile best practices while remaining pragmatic and focused on real delivery outcomes
Support continuous improvement through data, feedback, and actionable retrospectives
Help foster a collaborative, accountable, and psychologically safe team environment
Required Experience and Skills
Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple teams simultaneously
Handson experience with Scrum and Kanban, and the ability to apply them pragmatically
Strong experience running and facilitating agile ceremonies for established delivery teams
Clear delivery focus, with a track record of helping teams improve execution and outcomes
Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to removing impediments
Comfortable working in a fastpaced, evolving environment
Desirable Experience
Experience working with crossfunctional product and engineering teams
Exposure to scaling delivery across multiple teams or shared dependencies
Experience using agile metrics to drive improvement rather than reporting for its own sake
Experience working with Data Science and Data Engineering teams
