HR Specialist & Office Coordinator – Córdoba, Argentina Site

We’re looking for a hands-on HR Specialist & Office Coordinator to take ownership of our day-to-day people and office operations at our Argentina site.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating a positive and well-run workplace — from seamless onboarding to smooth office management.

This is an on-site role that requires daily presence in the office.

What you’ll do

People Operations & Recruitment

  • Manage day-to-day HR administration and core people operations
  • Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring full confidentiality
  • Support HR processes, policies, and internal communications
  • Lead onboarding processes and help create a great first-day experience
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth candidate experience

Office Management

  • Own daily office operations and ensure a welcoming, well-organized environment
  • Manage vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Handle office purchasing, inventory, and budget tracking
  • Serve as the go-to person for all office-related needs

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, Office Management, Recruitment, or a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for working with people
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive, can-do attitude
