UTA seeks a professional Housekeeper in Beverly Hills, CA who will be able to attend to our office facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests and employees that will contribute to maintaining and strengthening our reputation.

This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $20.00 per hour.

What You Will Do

Maintain cleanliness of general offices, workspaces, conference rooms, courtyards, and kitchens
High volume set up and break down of office and conference room meetings
Weekly deep cleaning of fixtures and replace any supplies as needed
Maintain all equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
Ensure all pantries are stocked based on Agent or Executive preference
Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills or broken items
Create and implement detailed cleaning protocols for conference rooms and pantries
Maintain inventory of food and supplies on weekly basis

What You Will Need

Previous experience in a similar role
High school degree
Experience providing high level customer service
Proven ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
Working quickly without compromising quality
Prioritization and time management skills
Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
Must be willing to communicate with employees at all levels
Positive upbeat attitude
Must have a team mentality and be willing to go the extra mile
Must be able to move and lift items up to 25 lbs
