Responsibilities

Create and deliver engaging lesson plans for small groups of students in a variety of subjects
Manage student behavior and maintain a positive and safe learning environment
Provide individualized attention and support to students who are struggling academically
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and any concerns
Keep accurate records of student progress and maintain student records
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Valid teaching certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in a classroom setting
Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Availability to work after-school hours
