We are hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a global customer experience leader, supporting clients through digital interaction channels. The role is remote, based in Turkey, offering stability, growth, and an excellent benefits package.

Work schedules follow seasonal shifts: 09:0018:00 or 15:0000:00 (possibly 16:0001:00), with final confirmation before onboarding. Each day includes a 30minute lunch break and three 15minute short breaks, plus two rotational days off per week.

Training spans 10 business days, from 10:00 to 19:00, held remotely via Microsoft Teams to ensure full preparation for live client support.

You will receive a net salary of 33,000 TL per month, along with a Quality Bonus of up to 10%, a Meal Card (Pluxee) worth 4,500 TL, and Private Health Insurance (Maphre ÖSS). New hires in 2025 also enjoy a Welcome Bonus of 10,000 TL upon joining.

Important Notes: This position does not provide relocation or visa support. Former employees are welcome to reapply if they have left the company at least three months prior. The first HR call is scheduled immediately after submission, typically within the same day, so candidates must know all details, including the company name, before this interview stage.
