About the job: Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Assistant Manager (Makati) | Hybrid\n\nWork Schedule: Morning Shift\n\nWork Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati \n\nEligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines\n\nResponsibilities: \n\n* Lead Oracle EPM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.\n* Gather and analyze client requirements, and translate them into EPM solutions. \n \n* Develop functional design documents and provide oversight for configurations. \n \n* Lead and participate in Oracle EPM implementations, providing expertise across EPM modules, including Planning and Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, Profitability and Cost Management, and Enterprise Data Management. \n \n* Manage project teams and coordinate efforts between functional and technical resources. \n \n* Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. \n \n* Conduct user training sessions and develop training materials. \n \n* Collaborate with the presales team to deliver business development solutions, including effort estimation. \n \n* Maintain strong client relationships to understand and address their ongoing needs.
