Are you a data-driven Mobile User Acquisition expert looking for full autonomy and impact? We’re scaling a high-growth, international B2C mobile product and seeking an experienced Senior UA Manager to own and drive our paid user acquisition across key global channels (Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Meta/Facebook, plus in-app networks).
Job responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Launch, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across major mobile channels, including Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, and various in-app networks.
- Unit Economics: Take ownership of app unit economics. Analyze key metrics, calculate, and continuously optimize LTV, CAC, and user retention indicators.
- Budgeting & Strategy: Distribute and manage user acquisition budgets effectively relative to revenue goals.
- Experimentation: Conduct rigorous A/B testing on creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign efficiency and lower acquisition costs.
- Creative Development: Test and iterate creatives based on performance data, collaborating closely with design teams to produce high-converting assets.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor daily campaign performance against key KPIs. Prepare regular reports and conduct in-depth research jointly with data analysts.
- Market Analysis: Analyze competitors to understand market dynamics and proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and app conversion rates.
- Vendor Management: Control and oversee the performance of external agencies and third-party vendors.
Requirements
Key qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on experience in paid mobile user acquisition (Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Meta/Facebook a must).
- Strong expertise in mobile analytics (AppsFlyer, SKAN, mobile attribution, cohort & funnel analysis, unit economics).
- Experience managing large budgets (from $35k per month).
- Previous experience working on the company side (not agency) in high-transaction environments such as travel, e-commerce, fintech, or marketplaces, with end-to-end responsibility for user acquisition and a visible impact on business performance.
- Confident written and spoken English (B2/C1); track record in international teams.
- Bonus points for: ASO experience, SQL/data skills, launching multi-geo campaigns, and vendor/agency networking.
- Self-driven, highly autonomous, product- and results-oriented.
