We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Relationship Manager (Female) to join our growing team at a leading skin and aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding patients through their skincare, haircare, and laser treatment journeys while ensuring a seamless and positive client experience. This role is best suited for someone who combines strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in healthcare and patient well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients visiting the clinic, ensuring a warm, professional, and welcoming experience.
- Counsel patients on various skin, hair, and laser treatments offered by the clinic, explaining procedures, benefits, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care.
- Understand patient concerns and recommend appropriate treatments in coordination with dermatologists and medical professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to encourage trust, retention, and long-term engagement.
- Handle patient queries, follow-ups, and concerns efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and feedback.
- Coordinate appointments, manage scheduling, and ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant services and packages based on patient needs, while maintaining ethical and patient-first practices.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in skincare, haircare, and aesthetic treatments to provide informed guidance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in a skin clinic, aesthetic center, or healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge or exposure to skin, hair, and laser treatments is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to counsel and influence patients effectively.
- A patient-centric approach with high empathy and listening skills.
- Confidence in handling consultations and addressing patient concerns.
- Basic understanding of sales principles, with the ability to convert inquiries into treatments.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in maintaining records and using basic computer applications.
