An opportunity exists to be part of our dynamic Inventory Team. We are looking for an individual with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, the ability to work within strict timelines, someone who possesses strong communication skills, can prioritize and maintain a high level of organization, and is able to consistently meet the company’s goals and objectives.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

The primary responsibility of this post is to provide accurate maintenance of inventory records and to facilitate the daily movement of inventory in accordance with Standard Company Policies and Procedures.

KEY FUNCTIONS

Conducting cycle counts, variance investigations and inventory adjustments
Daily audit, exception and inventory-based reporting
Conducting inventory counts & inventory transfers
Providing support for internal & external audits

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

Associate Degree in Business Management or Tertiary Level Education including an A Level Pass in Accounting
At minimum one (1) years’ experience within a computerized accounting environment
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office: specifically, Word & Excel
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Proven ability to meet set deadlines
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and thoroughness
Excellent oral & written communication skills
