The right person for this job needs to enjoy working from as 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM shift. This role will assist in all activities of our Squads and Express Packages team in Boston.

Daily Responsibilities:

Sort, prepare labels, and ship packages every night.
Solve various client issues on a nightly basis.
Serve as back-up walking courier.
Perform data entry.
Opening/Closing the office/facility
Assisting with customer support tickets
Process Asset Returns
Process AM Field Ops Export/NFO/Import Documents

Preferred Experience:

1-3 years previous experience
Military experience is a plus
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Keen attention to detail
Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License
