Growth Organic Specialist | Based in Poland

You’ll work closely with the Organic Growth Strategist to execute and validate high-impact growth initiatives across SEO, content, YouTube and Localization channels. This is not a traditional SEO role. You’ll focus on experimentation, analysis, and execution, helping turn strategic ideas into measurable results. Your day-to-day Execute and optimize organic growth initiatives across key channels (SEO, content, YouTube, etc.) based on strategic priorities Support identification and validation of high-impact growth opportunities through data analysis and experimentation Collaborate with Organic Marketing teams to improve organic funnels and conversion rates Run and manage growth experiments end-to-end (setup, execution, analysis, reporting) Analyze performance using tools like Tableau, GSC, Ahrefs, and translate insights into actionable improvements Research competitors and market trends to support discovery of new growth opportunities and tactics Contribute to building and implementing scalable systems and processes for repeatable organic growth Document and report on performance, learnings, and next steps, ensuring insights are clear and actionable
