Scalepex is hiring full-time, long-term Bilingual Call Center Agents to join our team in Querétaro. This is a direct employment opportunity with Scalepex, offering stability, professional growth, and structured training.

We support U.S.-based clients across several business areas, including:

Legal services (law firms & client support)
Gas & Electricity services
Medical diagnostic clinics (appointment scheduling)
Sales Campaigns

Based on your experience, communication style, and strengths, you will be assigned to the business area where you can perform best and grow faster.

What you’ll do

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional call center environment
Provide customer service, scheduling, or sales support depending on your assigned area
Follow established scripts and quality standards
Accurately document all interactions in internal systems
Meet performance and productivity goals

What we’re looking for

Advanced English
Full-time availability, 100% on-site (Arboledas, Querétaro)
Previous call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred
Comfortable working with call volume and performance metrics
