Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Southwest China region to achieve annual sales targets (AOP).
- Analyze regional market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs to formulate targeted market expansion plans.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the regional sales team to enhance professional capabilities and sales effectiveness.
- Support team members in developing and negotiating key accounts to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with core customers in the region (e.g., universities, research institutes, government laboratories, industrial enterprises) to establish long-term strategic partnerships.
- Expand and optimize the dealer/distributor network to increase market coverage.
- Drive product penetration and promotion in key industries within the region, leveraging the company's product portfolio (e.g., ICP-MS, chromatography, spectroscopy, etc.).
- Organize or participate in regional industry exhibitions, technical seminars, customer training sessions, and other activities to enhance brand presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in chemistry, analytical chemistry, environmental science, materials, biology, instrumentation, or related fields.
- 8+ years of sales experience in the analytical instrument, scientific instrument, or related industry, with at least 3 years of regional sales management experience.
- Familiarity with the Southwest China market and established customer relationships in universities, research institutions, government labs, and industrial sectors are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mainstream analytical instrument products (e.g., mass spectrometry, chromatography, spectroscopy) and their applications.
- Excellent market insight, strategic planning skills, and ability to engage key accounts.
- Proven team management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven, resilient under pressure, and willing to travel frequently.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
