Responsibilities:

Align the new in-house service model with business strategy, value streams, and operational requirements.
Analyze current-state business processes and IT dependencies.
Define future-state processes and service models for in-house operations.
Map business capabilities to IT services and required support structures.
Identify gaps and propose solutions in workflows, governance, and service design.
Partner with Service Owners to define SLAs/OLAs aligned with business needs.
Support transition impact assessments on users and business units.
Develop process documentation and ensure business readiness for the transition.
