Position Overview:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Engineer to join our team. The Field Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and installation of equipment, as well as ensuring that projects are executed according to specifications and within the established timelines. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams in various field environments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with hands-on field engineering or technical support experience.
• Proven experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex systems or machinery.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to test and calibrate systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations and risk management practices in fieldwork.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites, including overnight stays, when required.
• Ability to work in outdoor or challenging environments, depending on the project.
