Category Sourcing Supervisor

Execute end to end category sourcing management (NPI, mass production and product EOL management). Drive data analysis of material spend, cost saving, MRB, ROP & KPIs etc. Develop and enhance data analytics tools and electronics communiation platform of Category Sourcing. To enhance and develop robust Category Sourcing processes and workflow. Execute category sourcing strategy. Stengthen Supplier Relationship Management (SRM). Develop supplier base and prefer suppliers. Drive supplier negotiation and competitiveness of cost, delivery, quality, supply flexibility. Work with cross functional team and stakeholders to improve supplier performance. Support supplier escalation of delivery, price, and other business issues. Drive KPI improvement in cost saving, MOQ, leadtime, payment term, incoterm, flexibility program.
