We’re looking for an Applications Administrator to help keep our business apps reliable, secure, and running smoothly—so our teams can focus on impact, not downtime.

🌍 Where you’ll work

📍 Johannesburg or Cape Town | Fully hybrid
🧑‍💻 You’ll report into: Manager: Business Applications (IT Enablement)

🔥 What you’ll be getting stuck into

You’ll be the go-to person for making sure our applications stay healthy and our users stay supported—think:

• Monitoring application availability & performance (and jumping in before issues hit users).
• Resolving application incidents and user queries accurately and timeously.
• Managing user access: onboarding, offboarding, permissions.
• Routine maintenance, updates, and supporting new implementations.
• Supporting audits/governance with accurate access and application records.
• Working with stakeholders + vendors to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

✅ Minimum requirements…

• A qualification in Computer Science / IT / related field (advantageous).
• 3–5 years in application administration / enterprise application support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills (logs, monitoring, resolving issues fast).
• Experience with user lifecycle management (access admin, onboarding/offboarding).
• Strong application support and troubleshooting skill.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with cloud-based apps, DevOps principles, audits, lifecycle upgrades.
• Intermediate Excel.
