Requirements

About you:

• Possess 5–8 years of experience in developing and delivering high-quality software within dynamic teams.
• Have at least 4 years of hands-on experience working with React, Typescript, and NodeJS.
• Write code with care, empathy, and pride—always considering the next person who will read your code.
• Have successfully launched real products at scale and understand what it takes to maintain their quality over time.
• Approach problems like a product engineer by focusing not only on “what works” but also on “what’s delightful” and “what’s essential.”
• Are skilled at constructive disagreement, committing to decisions, giving and receiving feedback, and collaborating effectively within a team.
• Engage in side projects, contribute to open-source, or conduct in-depth explorations driven by genuine passion.
