As a Senior Fund Accountant at GROW, you will:

Lead the delivery of Fund Accounting services in our Finance Operations team.
Manage and provide leadership in delivering high quality Fund Accounting services to our clients, including:
- Preparing month end management reporting.
- Preparing Trial Balance to Audit stage.
- Preparing monthly general ledger reconciliations.
- Preparing year-end Financial Statements.
- Assist in preparing Monthly Business Activity Statements.
- Assist in preparing Quarterly & Annual APRA Returns.
- Assist in preparing monthly tax provisions.
- Pro-actively managing relationships including the Client/Trustee, Custodian and internal business units.
- Ensuring compliance to service level agreements.
- Ensuring processes and controls are documented and maintained at best practice.
Function as a confidant and strategic business advisor for our Chief Superannuation Administration Officer and Head of Fund Accounting and Tax.
Identify and implement improvements in the Fund Accounting reporting function to enable GROW to operate effectively and efficiently.
Role model a commitment to continually evolve our risk culture as a differentiator for our people and clients.
Proactively continue to learn and develop as a Fund Accounting Specialist.

Please note this role is a 12 month fixed-term contract.
