Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Account Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer engagement, and digital or tech-driven environments, with a focus on driving customer retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing client relationships through retention and reactivation strategies
• Identify new sales opportunities and increase customer investment through strategic upselling and cross-selling
• Apply value-based selling techniques in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Understand and effectively manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experience
• Analyze customer needs and propose tailored marketing and advertising solutions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in digital media, social media, or tech advertising
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or outsourcing environments
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and pipeline management
• Background in marketing is an advantage
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue expansion
• Excellent organizational skills, self-discipline, and high level of motivation
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
