We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of launching the next wave of successful startups.

Technical Challenge

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you'll architect and build scalable web applications from frontend to backend, leveraging modern frameworks and cloud infrastructure. You'll take ownership of the complete development lifecycle while ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability across our venture portfolio.

In this role you will:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
Participate in architectural discussions and propose technical improvements.
Build robust, scalable backend systems and APIs that power our startup ventures
Manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes to ensure reliability and efficiency

Required Skills and Expertise:

Highly experienced and proficient in frontend development with React, TypeScript, and Next.js
Strong knowledge of modern CSS frameworks, particularly Tailwind CSS.
Strong backend development skills with demonstrated ability to build production-grade systems
Highly experienced and comfortable with Python for backend services, APIs, and automation
Proficiency in PostgreSQL database design and optimization
Advanced experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices, particularly Azure
Experience with observability and monitoring tools like Datadog
Hands-on experience with container orchestration.

Preferred Expertise:

Experience working with LLMs and LLM APIs - integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar (prompts, parsing responses, handling errors and limits)
Experience working with security best practices
Comfortable building and maintaining dashboards and visualizations
Strong grasp of data modeling and ETL pipelines
