What You´ll Do:

As a Content Moderator, you will play a key role in ensuring that users worldwide enjoy a safe, engaging, and high-quality online experience. Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and evaluating online videos, posts, and user reports to identify issues related to copyright, content accuracy, and community guidelines.

  • Monitoring and updating content on a major global social media platform.

  • ️ Auditing user-generated content before it goes live to maintain platform integrity.

  • Ensuring all work meets key performance standards (KPIs) and follows established accuracy and compliance guidelines.

  • Building a strong understanding of the clients products, services, and policies.

  • Safeguarding customer data and strictly following internal compliance processes.

What We´re Looking For:

  • Fluent (C2) Italian speaker with solid English skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.

  • A natural customer-service orientation with strong communication skills.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts based on operational needs.

  • An associate degree or relevant experience (612 months in content moderation, customer service, or a related field preferred).
