We are looking for a highly proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist who can manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple international clients. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you are expected to take ownership, move quickly, and deliver results, not wait for instructions. You will handle the entire recruitment pipeline, from job intake to placement, while ensuring candidate quality and client satisfaction. You will also act as operational backup support, ensuring recruitment delivery continues without disruption at all times.
