Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and various digital platforms
- Focus on CPA firms, accounting firms, and SMEs located in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities
- Establish initial contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Comprehend client needs and recommend appropriate KPO solutions
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients
- Create proposals, presentations, and pricing models
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes
- Keep precise records of leads, opportunities, and client communications
- Monitor the sales pipeline and provide progress updates to management
