Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

The SAP TM Manager is responsible to work on all phases of SAP TM (Transportation Management) implementation which includes blueprinting, gap analysis, mapping, prototypes, design, developing, testing, go-live, user training, and post-production support.
Work in the technology organization and business representatives to determine the business process and solution design leveraging the capabilities of SAP TM
The candidate must have 2 -3 End to End TM Implementation Experience.
Provide expertise in the development of best practices in SAP S/4 HANA Transportation Management

Requirement:

Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and team work
Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.
Consistently engage with the clients, interpret their requirements, staff projects while managing the communication flow throughout
