No table drills—just meaningful skill-building through play in homes, schools, and communities. We're growing intentionally, and we need playful, patient, and observant people to join our team.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\n* Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques\n\n* Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools)\n\n* Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team\n\n* Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors\n\n* Build genuine relationships with kids and families\n\nSchedule & Availability:\n\n* Part-time (afternoons and/or evenings)\n\n* Additional morning and afternoon hours available\n\n* Flexible scheduling to work around school or other commitments\n\nRequirements:\n\n* Reliable transportation to get to homes and community sites on time\n\n* 40-hour RBT training completed\n\n* Previous experience working with children\n\n* Reliable transportation and valid driver's license\n\n* Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n* $20-23/hour (higher pay for certified RBTs)\n\n* Paid training time\n\n* We cover your RBT exam and application fees\n\n* Mileage reimbursement\n\n* Supportive BCBA supervision toward certification\n\n* Ongoing professional development and mentorship\n\n* Small team environment where your voice matters\n\nBonus Points For:\n\n* Experience with neurodivergent children (autism, ADHD)\n\n* Knowledge of behavior management strategies\n\n* Bilingual skills\n\nReady to Apply?\nWe're reviewing applications on a rolling basis and moving quickly for great candidates.
