Description
We are looking for a Product Manager who will take ownership of building and scaling our mass hiring operations in Colombia as a product.
In this role, you will design and develop the end-to-end hiring journey — from candidate acquisition to onboarding — as a structured, data-driven, and scalable process. The goal is to build a scalable and efficient hiring process with predictable performance and clear metrics.
This role combines product thinking with strong execution and process ownership. You will be responsible not only for defining how the system should work, but also for ensuring it is effectively implemented, adopted, and continuously improved.
You will work closely with local teams in Colombia, as well as Product, Analytics, and HR functions, driving alignment and ensuring that both product decisions and operational realities are reflected in the solution.
Challenges that await you:
- Building and developing the end-to-end mass hiring process in Colombia
- Designing and improving the hiring journey as a scalable product with clear metrics and performance goals
- Defining process flows and translating business needs into structured solutions and requirements
- Continuously improving hiring performance by identifying bottlenecks and driving data-driven optimizations
- Managing acquisition channels and optimizing the hiring funnel (conversion, cost, efficiency)
- Running experiments and validating hypotheses to improve key funnel metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rate, etc.)
- Ensuring effective implementation and adoption of processes together with execution teams
- Adapting the system to rapidly changing business needs and hiring volumes
- Collaborating with HR automation and analytics teams to deliver tools and reporting
- Acting as a bridge between local teams and central functions, ensuring alignment and clear communication
What makes you a great fit:
- Experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or Process Owner, with a strong focus on building, structuring, and optimizing end-to-end processes, as well as driving metrics and outcomes
- Proven ability to build and improve funnels or operational processes using a data-driven approach
- Experience in mass hiring / acquisition or similar high-volume environments is a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills and experience with metrics, experimentation, and hypothesis validation
- Ability to combine product thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong process thinking and ability to structure complex workflows end-to-end
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional and local teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Fluent English and readiness to work in a Spanish-speaking environment
