Requirements:

Nursing Degree Should have an active PHRN license Must have experience handling a team for a minimum of 2 years in medical/clinical account (Global Support) Metrics/KPIs: Preferably with experience handling/monitoring metrics, e.g., CSAT, NPS, AHT, FCR
