About the Role

As a Data Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines and analytical solutions that drive business decisions.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about data engineering, ETL development, and analytics, who enjoys transforming raw data into actionable insights and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Accomplish Together

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable data solutions, support analytical needs, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and data workflows
Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and workbooks
Build automated data solutions to improve efficiency and scalability
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines and jobs performance
Perform ad hoc data analysis to support business needs
Query and analyze datasets to answer business questions and investigations
Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to define metrics and KPIs
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in ETL development and data pipeline design
Advanced proficiency in SQL (e.g., joins, aggregations, window functions like PARTITION BY, UNION ALL)
Experience with data analysis and data investigation
Hands-on experience with Tableau
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills (clear and concise)
High attention to detail and strong documentation habits
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have

Experience with AWS services (CloudWatch, Lambda, EMR, Athena)
Experience working in cloud-based data environments
Exposure to automation and performance tuning
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
Experience collaborating with remote or distributed teams
