TASQ is hiring a Workforce Reporting Specialist (also known as a Workforce Data Analytics Engineer, Data Scientist, or Workforce Data Analytics and Reporting Specialist) for an on-site position in Cebu City ASAP.

The hiring process starts with a phone prescreening, followed by two on-site interviews in Cebu Business Park during late afternoon/night hours.

This role involves rotating shifts (9 AM-6 PM and 1 PM-10 PM) on a 5-day work week, including weekends.

Key requirements include at least 2 years of experience in workforce scheduling, forecasting, and reporting outside of a BPO setting, plus advanced Excel skills and a college-level education.

After regularization, employees receive vacation and sick leave, along with HMO coverage for themselves and one dependent after four months.
