You will lead and scale a high-impact Solutions Consulting team, driving end-to-end AI-led customer engagements. From discovery to solutioning, demos to pilots, you will define how we win complex enterprise deals — including owning structured RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Manage complete pre-sales processes—including discovery, solution architecture, demonstration planning, pilot setup, and RFP/RFI/RFQ submissions
- Grasp customer goals, challenges, and workflows, and align them with AI-driven CX solutions
- Create and present customized demos, OTC workflows, and solution blueprints tailored for enterprise clients
- Serve as a trusted advisor, simplifying complex technical features into understandable business benefits
- Engage with CXOs and senior leaders to shape decisions and facilitate deal closures
- Lead solution design and system integrations (APIs, workflows, data platforms) tailored to client environments
- Work collaboratively across sales, product, and delivery teams to enhance offerings and optimize win strategies
- Produce technical materials such as proposals, presentations, case studies, and solution guides
- Provide team leadership and enablement by managing a group of 7–8 members
- Function as a program owner, overseeing multiple deals, schedules, and priorities within a dynamic environment

- Establishing strong CXO relationships and influencing deals

What qualifications make you a great candidate?
- 7–10 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or SaaS roles
- Experience leading teams of 7–8 members
- Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and RFP/RFI/RFQ processes
- Ability to connect technical capabilities to business impacts
Essential skills
- Strong techno-functional expertise in APIs, workflows, data management, SaaS, and GenAI
- Capability to design scalable, AI-powered CX solutions
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management and executive communication
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking abilities
Desirable skills
- Experience in Customer Experience (CX) and/or the banking/BFSI sector
- Familiarity with contact center and telephony integration
- Background in AI/GenAI-enabled solutions within SaaS environments
