Senior Paid Ads Specialist
Lago is seeking a proactive and strategic Paid Ads Specialist with a combined background in strategizing, building out, and implementing ads on Meta, Google, and more with experience in leading growth across our digital sales channels. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling our ads on these platforms, as well as driving traffic through paid media for lead generation.
Responsibilities
Build and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn with a lead-gen focus
Lead creative and post-click strategy (landing pages, funnels, lead magnets) in collaboration with our in-house team
Write and test ad copy with AI support and our in-house copywriter
Continuously test and optimize targeting, creative, copy, budgets, and account structure to reach KPIs and scale campaigns
Partner with the Account Manager to retain and grow accounts through reporting and strategic recommendations
Implement pixels and conversion tracking in line with best practices
3+ years of experience building and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns are mandatory (lead generation focus)
3+ years of experience building and optimizing Google Ads campaigns are mandatory (lead generation focus)
3+ years of experience building campaigns focused on lead generation are mandatory (lead generation focus)
Experience with B2B lead generation campaigns is highly preferred
Experience with B2C lead generation for a home or local service business, as well as healthcare industry, is a significant plus.
Experience with Google Ad Grants, Google Tag Manager, Unbounce or ClickFunnels is highly preferred.
Basic video-editing skills are highly preferred.
