SAP Practice Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP delivery operations across Finance, SCM, HCM, Technology, and other domains.
Define and execute practice strategy aligned with global delivery models and transformation methodologies.
Oversee large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations, ensuring quality, timeliness, and business value.
Provide thought leadership on RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, SAP BTP, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
Develop and mentor high-performing teams across SAP disciplines.
Partner with global teams on solutioning, pre-sales, and proposal development.
Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and quality frameworks.
Represent the SAP practice in leadership forums and client engagements.

Requirements

At least 16 years of SAP experience in Finance (FI/CO) or SCM (MM/SD/PP), including at least 4 years of experience doing full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
Proven track record leading multi-module SAP teams and managing complex delivery programs.
Strong understanding of SAP Activate, cloud models, integration, and transformation frameworks.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in global delivery environments.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration
Willing to work in Legazpi Village, Makati City
Amenable to be on a morning/early morning shift but flexibility is expected. No night shift.
Willing to work onsite thrice a week
Able to start at least 60 calendar days upon JO acceptance
