Enterprise Account Executive
A little bit about us:
We are Belvo, an open finance API platform with the bold vision of democratizing access to financial services in Latin America. We enable any financial innovator to access and interpret financial data, as well as initiate payments from their end-users accounts. We’re turning the messy complexities of the Latin American financial ecosystem into a modern set of tools to access and interpret data and move money in a seamless and secure way.
We’re a highly-technical, passionate, and driven team. We are more than 90 people and our team currently represents 20 nationalities. We have offices in São Paulo and Mexico City – while a large portion of us work remotely.
We are tackling a very stimulating problem: connecting fintech innovators with legacy financial infrastructure. We strive to go beyond the limits of what is possible today and to do so in an elegant and developer-first way.
Since starting our adventure in May 2019, we have raised $71m from the leading VC investors globally.

About the team:
We work in cross-functional, autonomous teams. We follow continuous delivery best practices executed on top of a modern technology stack.
Our products are built for developers, by developers. Technological excellence is at the heart of what we do.
We are pragmatic and customer-focused. We strive to find the right set of trade-offs in order to validate our hypothesis as early as possible, iterating on our products based on customer feedback.
We communicate transparently. We do weekly all-hands where we get together to discuss company performance and goals.
While we are global and remote-friendly, we also operate from our vibrant offices in CDMX and Sao Paulo. To accommodate the various time zones in which we are based, we ensure we’re always synced up for at least 3 hours per day.

Your opportunity:
Own the full sales cycle, including demos, proposals, negotiation, and deal closure.
Drive active communication with qualified leads to generate new business opportunities and convert them into customers.
Take full ownership of your opportunity pipeline, ensuring you meet or exceed your bookings quota.
Partner with the Onboarding team to guarantee a smooth handoff and timely go-live for new customers.
Work strategically with the Customer Success team to drive cross-sells, upsells, and renewals.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to define and execute acquisition strategies for new accounts.
Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities and opportunities within the CRM.
Develop deep expertise in Fintech, Open Banking, and Payments across Latin America.
Engage with multiple industry verticals, including Banks, Fintech, Lending, Telecom, Insurance and Education.
Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to validate leads, support campaigns, contribute to QBRs, and provide product feedback.
This position may be for you if:
+5 years of experience in sales preferably within financial services, fintech, API selling or related companies.
You are native in Portuguese and fluent in English; Spanish is a plus!
Experience selling to enterprise clients is a must, including a strong track record of managing complex sales cycles end-to-end
Experience engaging multi-faceted deals, where there’s more than one DM or more than one opportunity within the company you are prospecting.
Horsepower to understand, elaborate and explain detailed and complex ideas in a very clear (easy) and thoughtful way.
You are adaptable and thrive in fast-paced environments. Belvo is creating a new industry in Latam, we need you to be dynamic and ready to adapt as our market and needs do.

Ability to develop rapport, influence others, identify insiders/champions that can push deals forward, build and maintain strong working relationships.
Experience using Hubspot, Salesforce or a comparable CRM tool.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., chatbots, copilots, or productivity assistants) to enhance daily workflows and decision-making.
This is a hybrid role. Our team goes to the office twice a week.
Amazing if:
Past experience in Fintech, Financial services, API selling or consultative selling in B2B companies .
Past experience selling data for credit analysis purposes.
You have experience working in Latin America.
Social media selling (Linkedin).
Have participated in technology sales before.
Have an understanding of Open Banking.
You consider yourself a techy person.
You have leveraged AI to fundamentally change the way you work and / or build amazing projects
