Category Strategy & Execution / カテゴリー戦略および実行
- Define and lead the execution of global indirect procurement category strategies across multiple categories, including Marketing Services, IT, Professional Services, Facilities Management, HR Services, and R&D.
- Drive the transition from country‑led sourcing to category‑led management, establishing clear global strategies, sourcing levers, and governance models.
- Own the end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle at global category level—from strategy definition and sourcing to contract management—ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regional business needs.
- Leverage global and regional frameworks while enabling disciplined local execution to maximize value, scalability, and consistency.
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management / ビジネスパートナーリングおよびステークホルダーマネジメント :
- Act as a global business partner to senior stakeholders across Finance, HR, IT, Commercial, Operations, and R&D at corporate and regional levels.
- Proactively translate business priorities into category strategies and sourcing roadmaps, delivering value beyond savings (innovation, speed to market, resilience, risk mitigation).
- Orchestrate alignment between Global, Regional, and Country stakeholders, clarifying roles, decision rights, and accountability within a matrix organization.
Supplier & Contract Management / サプライヤーおよび契約管理:
- Lead global supplier and contract strategies, ensuring compliance with corporate policies while accommodating regional and local regulatory requirements.
- Drive supplier performance, risk management, and innovation at category level through structured governance, KPI frameworks, and regular performance reviews.
- Build strategic supplier partnerships that support long‑term value creation and category maturity.
Governance & Compliance / ガバナンスおよびコンプライアンス:
- Ensure adherence to global procurement policies and procedures and promote best-in-class sourcing practices.
- Support internal and external audit requirements and ensure full transparency in procurement processes.
Collaboration in a Matrix Environnent / マトリクス型組織における協働:
- Work in close collaboration with Regional and Global Category Leads to ensure consistent execution of global category strategies across regions and markets.
- Act as a global ambassador for the Procurement function, promoting category‑led ways of working, consistency of standards, and active knowledge‑sharing across regions.
- Facilitate alignment between global strategy and regional execution, supporting the shift from country‑driven spend management to scalable, category‑based governance.
