HRIS Time & Workforce Management Functional Manager - Porto (Híbrido - 2x no office)\n\n===========================================================================================\n\nAbout the Role\n---------------------\n\nOur client is undergoing a major digital transformation and growth program, with Human Resources playing a central role. As part of this journey, a global HRIS landscape is being implemented across all countries and employees.\n\nThe HRIS Time & Workforce Management Functional Manager will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of time tracking and workforce management processes within this global HRIS ecosystem.\n\n\nMission\n--------------\n\nReporting to the HR Program Director, this role is responsible for leading the Time & Workforce Management functional stream, ensuring alignment with the global HRIS model, and delivering compliant, efficient, and scalable solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n---------------------------\n\n* Define, develop, and manage the Time & Workforce Management Core Model, including time tracking processes, ensuring alignment with the global project roadmap (build & run phases) \n* Design and monitor KPIs and dashboards for Time & Workforce Management performance \n* Identify risks, anticipate roadblocks, and proactively drive resolution \n* Lead testing and validation campaigns for data and processes \n* Collaborate with technical teams to define Time / Employee Central / Payroll architecture and process flows \n* Support Change/Business Readiness initiatives, including training and communication materials \n* Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for:\n * Business stakeholders (BPOs and local SMEs) \n \n * Technical integrator teams \n \n * L3 incidents related to time-related processes \n\n* Contribute to the HRIS support model, including incident management and reporting \n* Conduct benchmarking and market analysis on global and local best practices\n\n\n \n\n### Requirements\n\n* Around 5 years of experience in HRIS, particularly in Payroll and/or Core HR in a global environment \n* Experience in HRIS implementation projects (build and/or run), either in consulting or in-house \n* Bachelor's or Master's degree in: \n * Information Technology \n \n * Human Resources \n \n * Business Administration \n \n * Finance or similar \n\n* SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is mandatory \n* Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus \n* Previous operational HR experience (e.g., Talent & Performance) is a plus \n\nKey Skills\n-----------------\n\n* Strong knowledge of time tracking and workforce management processes, regulations, and compliance \n* Solid understanding of payroll processes and their integration with time management \n* Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions \n* Understanding of data security, access management, and GDPR in HR systems \n* Solid project management skills \n* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills in cross-functional environments \n* Customer-oriented mindset with strong adaptability and flexibility \n* Fluent in English \n* Comfortable working in international and complex environments \n\n \n\n### Benefits\n\n---\n\n* Opportunity to be part of a global HR transformation program \n* Exposure to international stakeholders and projects \n* Dynamic and collaborative work environment \n* Career growth and development opportunities
