Position: Sales Coach Travel Sales (Cebu) | Onsite
Start Date: ASAP

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Shift Schedule & Rest Days: Night shift

Educational Requirement: College Graduate

Work Experience:

• At least 1 year of coaching or team leadership experience in a sales environment, preferably within a call center setting
• Experience managing KPIs related to sales quotas across various products
• Strong objection handling skills
• Negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Sales CRM, QA tools, and Excel dashboards

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with agents, focusing on closing techniques, objection handling, and script adherence
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Team Leads to align coaching efforts with overall business goals
• Ensure compliance with client-approved scripts, legal disclosures, and quality standards
• Review and analyze daily and weekly performance reports to identify areas for improvement
