At Humanit, the Account Manager role has evolved. We aren't looking for someone to simply "maintain" accounts. We are looking for a Performance Owner, someone capable of architecting growth within our largest clients and opening doors where others haven't yet reached.

What you'll actually be doing:

You will take full ownership of the commercial cycle, focusing on our highest-value accounts and strategic portfolio expansion.

  • Proactive Growth: Acquire new Tier-1 clients.
  • Strategic Scaling: Your mission is to increase turnover and margin through Upsell and Cross-sell strategies.
  • Elite Qualification: Prioritize the best business needs, ensuring the recruitment team's effort is invested where the ROI is highest.
  • Contractual Mastery: Take point on negotiating and managing Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
  • Business Interface: Collaborate with Business Managers to ensure candidate pipelines align perfectly with client financial expectations and technical requirements.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Use our tools to monitor conversion rates and optimize your sales funnel.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience: 4+ years in Account Management or Business Development within IT Outsourcing / Consulting.
  • Proven Network: We value professionals who bring a solid history of established market relationships.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to manage complex accounts and identify YoY (Year-over-Year) growth opportunities.
  • Autonomy: A self-starter who doesn't need daily hand-holding to find the next big deal.
  • Communication: English is mandatory (International client base).
