Working hand-in-hand with designers, copywriters, and the marketing team, they turn data-driven insights into engaging campaigns that grow audiences and keep communities active.

What We Expect From You:

Managing and developing social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, Telegram Creating and executing a content strategy for Poland and Italy Writing and adapting catchy content (posts, stories, reels, Telegram posts) Managing audience engagement: comments, reactions, community management Analyzing content performance (engagement rate, reach, audience growth) Collaborating with designers, copywriters, and the marketing team Ensuring compliance with platform rules and restrictions in the gambling/betting Sports news tracking for all geos with opened social media, making of situational content

1–2+ years of experience as an SMM Specialist (experience in iGaming / Betting/ traffic) Solid understanding of gambling and betting promotion specifics Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, Telegram Strong copywriting skills Fluent in both Polish and English, both written and spoken Ability to work with analytics and optimize content based on results Creativity, independence, and responsibility Interest in football, understanding of the local humor, memes.
