AI Video Editor for a Production Company (US-based/Remote)
As a video editor, you will work with a production company focused on real estate and wedding videos. You’ll collaborate with creators and clients to craft compelling content, ensuring each project captures the story and vision behind the brand or event.
Responsibilities:
Edit real estate showcase videos highlighting properties in an engaging and visually appealing style. Edit wedding films to capture emotional storytelling, pacing, and memorable moments. Add creative transitions, music syncing, color grading, and pacing adjustments to enhance the final product. Deliver polished drafts with fast turnaround times, often on overnight schedules. Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure edits match the brand style and client expectations. Provide revisions as needed and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in real estate and/or wedding videography. Strong sense of creativity and ability to add unique style and “pizazz” to elevate the storytelling. Ability to work under tight deadlines with quick turnaround times. Availability to work during night and early morning hours (PST). Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Attention to detail and strong communication skills for collaborating with the production team.
