Job Title: Senior HRIS Business Analyst

Summary:

We’re seeking a Senior HRIS Business analyst to which focuses on HRIS enhancements, system integrations, and regulatory compliance within a highly controlled financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end HRIS analysis, solution design, and implementation
Drive HRIS integrations with payroll, benefits, finance, and compliance systems
Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
Manage UAT cycles, stakeholder workshops, functional documentation, and reporting
Collaborate with Regional HR COEs, IT teams, and third‑party vendors

Mandatory Skills & Experience

8+ years of HRIS experience
Minimum 3 years in Banking / Financial Services
Strong experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM
Proven HRIS integration and system enhancement experience
Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills
